We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join a leading gold mine owner-operator based in Perth CBD. This role is critical in supporting site operations through the coordination of workforce mobilisation, travel, accommodation, and compliance requirements.
We are open to candidates from either a Site Administration or Contractor coordination background, provided you have strong organisational skills and experience working in fast-paced operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of site personnel
- Arrange flights, accommodation, and travel logistics for FIFO workforce
- Manage site access, inductions, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate personnel records, rosters, and workforce movements
- Use INX (or similar systems) for onboarding, compliance, and site access management
- Liaise with site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Support workforce planning and reporting activities
- Ensure all mobilisation processes align with site and statutory requirements
About You:
- Previous experience in Site Administration, Mobilisation, or Contractor Coordination
- Strong experience using INX (InFlight or similar systems highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Confident managing travel, rostering, and personnel logistics
