Silverstone Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Crushing & Haulage Coordinator to join a well-established owner/operator gold producer in the Goldfields.
This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity offering excellent job security, a great team environment and the chance to work with a respected mining operation.
Working a week on, week off FIFO roster from Perth, flights depart every Thursday.
About the Role
As the Crushing & Haulage Coordinator, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the mobile crushing and haulage circuits, ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently while maintaining effective communication between crews and site leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily mobile crushing and haulage operations.
- Ensure continuous crusher feed and maximise plant productivity.
- Oversee haulage activities using CAT 777 Dump Trucks and Road Trains.
- Coordinate operators, contractors and support personnel to meet production targets.
- Monitor equipment utilisation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Complete daily reporting and communicate operational priorities with site management.
Successful candidates will have:
- Previous experience in a Crushing & Haulage Coordinator, Supervisor or similar mining leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mobile crushing operations.
- Experience overseeing CAT 777 haulage fleets, Road Train operations, or both.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
