Silverstone are seeking experienced Teleremote Bogger Operators & Bogger Operators for multiple clients across WA. These are contract opportunities with owner/operator gold miners, offering even-time rosters – both 2/2 and 8/6 7/7, and immediate starts.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate underground boggers to transport broken ore and waste materials to trucks, ore/waste passes and designated stockpiles
• Operate tele-remote boggers in stopes
• Perform secondary break duties, including handling oversize materials and scaling activities
• Complete basic mechanical maintenance checks and minor troubleshooting to maximise equipment uptime
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and general upkeep
• Complete accurate shift reports, production records and maintenance logs
• Adhere to daily and weekly planned work schedules
• Work safely and efficiently in line with site procedures and operational requirements
About You
• Minimum 2 years’ underground bogger operating experience
• Minimum 12 months’ tele-remote experience
• Experience operating Sandvik or Caterpillar machines highly regarded
• Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) certificates
• IT Loader Ticket
• WA Manual Driver’s Licence (C-Class)
• WA Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)
• Senior First Aid Certificate
• Working at Heights certification
• Level 1 & Level 2 Isolation – site inducted
• Atmospheric Gas Testing knowledge – site inducted
• National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
