Saul is a Director at Silverstone, bringing over 15 years’ experience in Mining. With a strong business background, Saul has built a reputation as an expert in talent identification and workforce solutions, successfully establishing high-performing teams across Australia in the Mining, Maintenance, Projects, Oil & Gas, and Construction sectors.
Josh brings over 20 years of diverse industry experience across Australia and Europe, specialising in commercial compliance across the business. Highly skilled and well-networked, he is recognised as a trusted professional with strong business acumen, strategic insight, and a proven leadership style.
Rik is the Chief Operating Officer at Silverstone, bringing over 15 years’ experience in Mining and Construction. With a strong business background in Design, Engineering, Power, Water, and Survey, Rik’s skill set covers all areas of Silverstone’s operations.
Wesley Eate is Silverstone’s Engineering Program Manager, bringing 25 years of experience in Western Australia’s mining industry. Over his career, Wesley has overseen and delivered large-scale engineering programs across mining operations, infrastructure, and maintenance. With deep technical expertise in Power- and Water-related projects, Wesley excels in managing complex projects from design through to execution. His focus on safety, innovation, and operational efficiency has consistently delivered successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Wesley’s proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive engineering excellence makes him a key contributor to Silverstone’s continued growth and reputation for delivering projects on time, safely, and to the highest standard.
John Migas is Silverstone’s Survey Manager, with over 20 years’ service to the industry. Throughout his career, John has played a pivotal role in establishing and managing Silverstone’s surveying capabilities, supporting projects across Mining, Construction, Infrastructure, and Energy. With extensive experience in survey management, John brings precision, reliability, and deep technical expertise to every project. His long-standing commitment to Silverstone reflects his passion for delivering accurate, innovative, and practical surveying solutions that drive successful project outcomes. John’s leadership, combined with his ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams, has been instrumental in positioning Silverstone as a trusted partner across the resources and construction industries.
Declan McGettigan is Silverstone’s Operations Manager – Projects, bringing extensive experience in managing large-scale Mining and Construction operations across Western Australia. Declan has a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects safely, on time, and within budget. With strong operational expertise and a practical, hands-on leadership style, Declan excels in project planning, safety, execution, and stakeholder management. His ability to align teams, streamline processes, and maintain the highest safety and quality standards ensures successful outcomes for clients and the business. Declan’s commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement makes him a key driver of Silverstone’s project delivery capability and ongoing growth.
Cory O’Keeffe is Silverstone’s Power Manager, bringing extensive experience in the delivery of power generation and energy solutions across the Mining and Construction sectors. Cory has overseen the design, supply, installation, and operation of power systems ranging from temporary site setups to large-scale, long-term hybrid stations. With deep technical knowledge and a strong focus on safety and reliability, Cory ensures projects are executed to the highest standard, meeting client needs for efficiency and performance. His leadership and hands-on approach have been instrumental in delivering critical power infrastructure across Western Australia. Cory’s expertise in both traditional and renewable power solutions positions him at the forefront of Silverstone’s energy initiatives, supporting clients with sustainable and cost-effective outcomes.
Nigel is Silverstone’s dedicated WHS Manager, bringing over 20 years of health, safety, and risk management experience across the Mining, Construction, and Heavy Industry sectors. He plays a critical role in embedding a culture of safety across all Silverstone projects, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and client-specific frameworks, including BHP, Rio Tinto, and many others. Nigel leads the end-to-end implementation of Silverstone’s Zero Harm strategy, incident investigations, workforce training, and WHS auditing. He has been instrumental in maintaining Silverstone’s outstanding safety record, including a 0.00 LTIFR and consistently positive WHS audit outcomes across more than 900,000 rolling man-hours. Known for his calm leadership style and deep understanding of operational risk, Nigel supports site supervisors, project managers, and HSE representatives to uphold Silverstone’s “Silverstone Standard” - prioritising people, process, and performance in all aspects of WHS.
Annabelle brings over 25 years of experience in finance-related roles across Perth, with extensive expertise in finance, accounting, commercial operations, payroll and tax. Throughout her career, she has worked across all areas of business finance, providing strong commercial insight and financial leadership. As Silverstone’s first employee, Annabelle has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, supporting its progression from a start-up to a business of more than 400 people. Her deep understanding of the organisation, combined with her broad financial skill set, makes her a trusted and integral member of the Silverstone team.
