Maintenance Planner
Silverstone is working with a leading mining client currently in a strong growth and optimisation phase who are looking for an experienced fixed plant Maintenance Planner with Pronto experience to join their team.
About the Role:
- Hands-on planning role supporting fixed plant operations
- Focus on improving maintenance planning discipline and reducing downtime
- Develop and coordinate shutdown maintenance plans
- Build and maintain weekly schedules
- Prepare job scopes, labour/material requirements, and work packs
- Maintain Gantt charts in Microsoft Project (critical path, sequencing)
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and contractors
- Ensure all work is fully planned and ready before execution
What We’re Looking For:
- Trade background (Mechanical / Boilermaker or Electrical) – Australian recognised
- Strong fixed process plant mining maintenance planning experience
- Workflow experience (working closely with reliability engineers)
- Ability to develop detailed scopes and resource plans
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong Pronto experience (essential, 3 -5 yrs ideally)
- Microsoft Project / Gantt chart skills
- Experience with weekly planning and scheduling
- National Police Clearance
- Driver’s Licence (Manual)
- Full Australian working rights
Rosters, Locations & Conditions:
- Family-friendly roster: 8:6, Tuesday to Tuesday
- $95/hr + super paid on all hours
- Attractive salary + quarterly bonus if transitioning to a permanent role
