Control Room Operator | FIFO 2:1 Roster 

Silverstone is currently seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join our clients across a range of mining operations in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic processing environment while enjoying a balanced FIFO lifestyle.

Roster & Location

• FIFO from Perth
• 2:1 roster (7 days, 7 nights, 7 days off)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant systems from the Control Room to ensure safe and efficient production.
• SCADA previous experience is highly desirable
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting documentation
• Respond to plant alarms and process deviations on time
• Support plant optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with troubleshooting and coordinating plant maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to achieve production targets

About You

• Minimum 1 year experience operating a plant control room,
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental responsibilities within a mining operation
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly across departments
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a National Police Clearance
