Process Technician
Process Technicians – FIFO Opportunities (Gold Operations)
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, we’re seeking experienced Process Technicians at all levels to join high-performing gold operations across FIFO sites.

- $62 – $70 per hour based on experience
About the role, you’ll play a key role in gold processing operations, including:
- Milling, crushing, and leaching circuit operations
- Control room operations and plant performance monitoring
- Operating mobile equipment (bobcats, loaders, forklifts)
- Maintaining plant housekeeping and site standards
- Supporting optimisation initiatives and production targets
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 1 year of processing plant experience (gold highly regarded)
- Flotation experience (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & D&A screening
- Updated National Police Check
- Full Australian working rights
