Blue Collar Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to jump in and support a busy and growing recruitment team focused within the civil construction sector.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on high-volume recruitment, building strong candidate relationships, and keeping projects moving.

If you have experience recruiting operators, labourers, civil crews, trades, or construction personnel and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-end blue collar recruitment across civil construction projects
• Sourcing, screening, and mobilising candidates quickly and efficiently
• Managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and talent pools
• Coordinating interviews, references, medicals, tickets, and onboarding
• Building strong relationships with candidates, supervisors, and clients
• Supporting workforce planning and urgent labour requests
• Maintaining compliance and accurate recruitment records

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience essential
• Strong preference for blue collar recruitment experience
• Civil construction recruitment experience highly regarded
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
• Available to commence ASAP
