Join our client, a gold producer with multiple underground operations across Western Australia. With a strong pipeline of growth and a focus on operational excellence, they’re currently seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor to join their high-performing team. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a pivotal role in leading underground crews to safely meet production targets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise underground mining crews during shift operations
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to new operators
• Oversee equipment use and ensure operational standards are maintained
• Liaise with technical services and surface teams to ensure smooth shift handovers

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in underground hard rock mining
• Previous experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor 
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of mining equipment and underground procedures
• Manual driver’s license (preferred)
• WA Shift Supervisor’s Certificate (essential)
• Current Underground Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency (WA) S26
