Electrical Supervisor – Projects

Silverstone are currently seeking a S26 qualified Electrical Supervisor with a strong mining projects background for an ASAP start on a leading WA gold mining operation. This role will see you supervising electrical project works across both underground and surface infrastructure, working alongside a high-performing team delivering critical upgrades, installations, and shutdown activities onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews across mining project and infrastructure works
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to schedule
• Liaise with site stakeholders, contractors, and project teams
• Maintain compliance with site safety systems and statutory requirements
• Drive productivity, quality, and team performance onsite 

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor within mining environments
• Strong project experience across underground and surface operations
• Proven ability leading electrical crews on construction, upgrade, or maintenance projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of mining safety systems and compliance standards
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts in fast-paced project environments 

Required Tickets & Qualifications

• Australian Recognised Electrical Trade Qualification
• WA Electrical Licence
• S26
• Current Manual Driver’s Licence
• HV Switching experience highly regarded
• Working at Heights & Confined Space
• Current LVR/CPR
• Construction White Card
• National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
