Supply Supervisor

We’re partnering with a well-established Australian gold producer to recruit an experienced Supply Supervisor for a permanent FIFO opportunity.

Working an 8/6 roster, you’ll rotate between two operating mine sites, Warrawoona and Nullagine, providing leadership and oversight to the site supply function while working back-to-back with another Supply Supervisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mining supply professional looking to step into a varied leadership role with a stable and growing operation.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of warehouse and supply activities, ensuring materials and inventory are available to support safe and efficient mining operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring the site supply team
• Coordinating warehouse, inventory and materials management activities
• Ensuring stock accuracy and inventory integrity
• Managing receipting, storage and issuing of critical mining materials
• Building strong relationships with site stakeholders to meet operational requirements
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply function
• Maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Producing reports and monitoring key supply performance metrics

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in a Supply Supervisor or Senior Warehouse role within the mining industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Essential experience using Pronto ERP
• Sound knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
