Silverstone was engaged to supply, install, test, and commission critical dewatering infrastructure associated with five new bores for a well-known Pilbara mining company.

SCOPE

  • Installation of 5 Company supplied submersible bore pumps and associated electrical cables for all the new bores.
  • Installation of 5 Company supplied trailer mounted VSG headworks packages for all the new bores.
  • Installation of 5 Company supplied borecaps for all the new bores.
  • Installation of 5 sets of Company supplied flexible bore risers for all the new bores.
  • Testing and commissioning of the full dewatering system for each of the 5 new bores to achieve the design parameters.
  • Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of high density polyethylene (HDPE) dewatering mains, spur pipes and associated pipe fittings for the 5 new bores
  • Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all steel pipes and fittings.
  • Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all associated valves (including pressure sustaining and pressure relief valves), instrumentations (gauges, etc) and miscellaneous items.
  • Clearing, grubbing, excavations, road crossing.
