We’re looking for an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to jump in and support a busy and growing recruitment team focused within the civil construction sector.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on high-volume recruitment, building strong candidate relationships, and keeping projects moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-end blue collar recruitment across civil construction projects
- Sourcing, screening, and mobilising candidates quickly and efficiently
- Managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and talent pools
- Coordinating interviews, references, medicals, tickets, and onboarding
- Building strong relationships with candidates, supervisors, and clients
- Supporting workforce planning and urgent labour requests
- Maintaining compliance and accurate recruitment records
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience essential
- Strong preference for blue collar recruitment experience
- Civil construction recruitment experience highly regarded
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Available to commence ASAP
