We are currently seeking experienced Mobilisation Coordinators to join the Projects Team of a leading lithium mining company on an 8/6 roster.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mobilisation and administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced mining environment and coordinating people, compliance and site requirements.
Working closely with the Projects and site teams, you will coordinate the mobilisation of personnel and contractors to site, ensuring everyone is fully compliant and ready to commence work.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the mobilisation and demobilisation of employees and contractors to site.
- Managing personnel records, site access and mobilisation requirements.
- Ensuring all required inductions, medicals, VOCs, tickets and compliance documentation are current.
- Maintaining accurate personnel and mobilisation records within INX.
- Liaising with contractors, project teams, site personnel and other stakeholders to coordinate mobilisation requirements.
- Monitoring upcoming mobilisation requirements and ensuring everything is organised ahead of scheduled travel and site commencement.
- Assisting with flights, accommodation, travel and site access arrangements as required.
- Following up outstanding documentation and ensuring personnel are cleared for site.
- Supporting the Projects Team with general administration and reporting.
- Ensuring mobilisation processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with site requirements.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous mobilisation experience within the mining/resources industry.
- Strong working knowledge of INX – this is essential.
- Experience coordinating personnel, contractors or project teams to site.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple mobilisation requirements and deadlines at once.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a busy Projects environment.
- Previous experience working on a FIFO mining operation is highly desirable.
