We are currently seeking experienced Process Technicians to join our gold and lithium mining clients. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operators looking to work within modern processing facilities and be part of a high-performing production team.
Working within a fast-paced processing environment, you will support the safe and efficient operation of the plant while contributing to daily production targets, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor processing plant equipment across areas including crushing, grinding, flotation, CIL/CIP, elution, DMS, and tailings circuits.
- Conduct routine plant inspections, identify issues, and report operational abnormalities.
- Perform operational tasks including equipment checks, sampling, housekeeping, and general plant support.
- Assist with troubleshooting, start-ups, shutdowns, and optimisation of plant performance.
- Maintain a strong safety focus and comply with site procedures and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Process Technician within the mining industry (gold or lithium experienced highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of mineral processing operations and plant equipment.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and achieving production outcomes.
- Current manual Australian Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and site requirements.
