We’re partnering with a well-established Australian gold producer to recruit an experienced Supply Supervisor for a permanent FIFO opportunity.
Working an 8/6 roster, you’ll rotate between two operating mine sites, Warrawoona and Nullagine, providing leadership and oversight to the site supply function while working back-to-back with another Supply Supervisor.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of warehouse and supply activities, ensuring materials and inventory are available to support safe and efficient mining operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring the site supply team
- Coordinating warehouse, inventory and materials management activities
- Ensuring stock accuracy and inventory integrity
- Managing receipting, storage and issuing of critical mining materials
- Building strong relationships with site stakeholders to meet operational requirements
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply function
- Maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Producing reports and monitoring key supply performance metrics
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a Supply Supervisor or Senior Warehouse role within the mining industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Essential experience using Pronto ERP
- Sound knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
