At peak demand, Silverstone supplied up to 30 Process Technicians across multiple sites to assist with operational requirements. The workforce model was split with 50% engaged under a temp-to-perm recruitment pathway and the remainder supplied under contract recruitment while the client recruited for permanent roles.<\/p>\n<h4>Workforce &amp; Resourcing<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>30+ Process Technicians mobilised to gold processing facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Crusher Operators &amp; Support Staff mobilised to assist in expanded crushing operations, supporting increased output.<\/li>\n<li>Disciplines Supplied: Process Technicians, Control Room Operators, Crusher Operators, and support trades.<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment Model: Balanced approach between temp-to-perm and contract resourcing.<\/li>\n<li>Retention: Many Silverstone candidates converted to full-time roles, strengthening the client\u2019s long-term workforce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Recruitment Strategy<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Rapid mobilisation of processing and crushing personnel to support both operational continuity and project ramp-up.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible workforce solutions tailored to client needs &#8211; short-term contract labour and temp-to-perm pathways.<\/li>\n<li>Partnership approach working alongside both the
