Nigel leads the end-to-end implementation of Silverstone’s Zero Harm strategy, incident investigations, workforce training, and WHS auditing. He has been instrumental in maintaining Silverstone’s outstanding safety record, including a 0.00 LTIFR and consistent positive WHS audit outcomes across more than 900,000 rolling man-hours.
