An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced administration professional to join a high-performing corporate team in a varied and fast-paced role supporting business operations.
Reporting to the General Manager – People & Culture and working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, this position will suit someone who enjoys owning processes end-to-end, thrives on problem solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality administration support with a strong focus on facilities coordination and vendor management. You will act as a key point of contact across the business, ensuring facilities, suppliers, and day-to-day operational requirements are coordinated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate facilities administration and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow through to completion
- Support procurement, invoicing, purchasing, and supplier administration activities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive outcomes
- Assist with executive and operational administration requirements as needed
- Maintain records, reporting, and process documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies
About You:
- Previous experience in administration, office coordination, facilities coordination, vendor management, or executive support
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks from initiation through to completion
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High level of initiative with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident working autonomously while collaborating across teams
- Able to hit the ground running and operate in a fast-paced environment
