Overview

We are currently seeking a hands-on Process Supervisor to join a site-based operation in WA. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys being in the field while also contributing to higher-level coordination, team development, and operational readiness.

The Opportunity

  • Multiple opportunities, only 2/1 roster available 
  • FIFO from Perth
  • Good camp facilities & potential to be offered a permanent contract based on performance
  • S26 mandatory
  • Casuyal contract paying $100 per hour + super

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent on-site operational coverage, working closely with crews in the field
  • Support plant activities, ensuring operational readiness and safe execution
  • Review and improve operational processes and procedures
  • Mentor and develop team members, supporting capability across the operation
  • Assist with onboarding and training of incoming Process Supervisors
  • Ensure site documentation, reporting, and records are accurate and up to date
  • Oversee dewatering, pumping, and refilling activities
  • Balance frontline supervision with selected coordinator-level responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Process Supervisor or similar leadership role
  • Hold your Schedule 26 (S26) to work in supervisory roles
  • Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work both in the field and across planning/coordination tasks
  • Experience in plant start-ups, shutdowns, or commissioning environments highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop teams
  • Strong focus on safety, systems, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt in a developing site environment

Additional Requirements

  • Current WA driver’s licence
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and police clearance
  • Relevant processing or leadership qualifications highly regarded
