- Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively manage constraints and site issues
- Ensure compliance with HSE systems, permits, procedures and major hazard facility requirements
- Support commissioning, pre-start-up safety reviews and handover processes
- Drive accountability and performance across multiple stakeholders in a complex project environment
- Contribute to reporting, audits, inspections and governance activities
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Extensive experience leading industrial construction projects within energy, process plant, mining or heavy industrial environments
- Strong understanding of commissioning, start-up and operational handover processes
- Proven ability to manage EPC contractors and subcontractors on large-scale projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across contractors, clients and operations teams
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to ensure delivery aligns with contractual and client requirements
- Experience managing operational interfaces, permit-to-work systems and site readiness activities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline
What’s on Offer:
- Opportunity to work on a landmark renewable energy and hydrogen project
- Long-term project pipeline through to 2027
- Senior leadership role with significant stakeholder engagement and site influence
- FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth
- Collaborative and high-performing project environment
